These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vuray.in (the "Site"), operated by Vuray Consulting Private Limited, a company headquartered in India ("Vuray," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

vuray.in is our corporate website: it describes Vuray Consulting, our approach to building AI-first platforms, and our portfolio of products. It is informational and does not itself sell products, process payments, or collect bookings. Each portfolio product — Tutorspire, Anmolytics, Eduledge, Global Study Compass, KaalSetu and Vuray Travels — is a separate platform with its own terms of service, which govern your use of that platform.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or networks.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scraping or harvesting content in a manner that violates our robots.txt directives or applicable law.
• Impersonating Vuray or misrepresenting your affiliation with us.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Vuray name and mark, and the design and layout of the Site — is owned by or licensed to Vuray Consulting Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent.

References to third-party names, trademarks, and platforms (including our own portfolio products) belong to their respective owners.

This Site links to portfolio platforms and other third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, including our own portfolio products, each of which operates under its own separate terms and policies. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
